Rebuilding Leveque Methodist School
Following the earthquake in January this year, International Aid Organisations swiftly assembled in Haiti but, more than 6 months on, not much had been achieved. The NW region of Port-au-Prince, where the Leveque school is situated, is still to receive assistance.
Our Wirral Circuit has a particular connection with Haiti, it is the family home of one of our Ministers, Rev Marcus Torchon. At our September Circuit the circuit committed itself to support with a view to funding the reconstruction of the Leveque Methodist School in NW Port-au-Prince.
